ANALYSIS PARALYSIS
It is plainly impossible (read: highly destructive if attempted) to have ALL data available to you before you make any decision.

What you can do is do a brief yet thorough initial research, and then MAKE THE DECISION.

Carry on with the implementation and make changes to the decision along the way as you continue the research.

Just keep one word in mind when doing the research: FOCUS. Know the problem, know what you are looking for. Everything else is not important –at least for the time being.

I am not saying that we should not plan before jumping to action, but rather that we must be critical in judging what impacts can our action (or lack, thereof) have on the problem-solving progress

basically in decision making, there’s only room for adjustment and no room for perfection.

any decision you make is already perfect in their own sense, there is nothing better you can do except acting, NOW.
